Life is polarity. It’s the difference between being awake or asleep, love based thinkers or fear based thinkers, dark or light.

The way we think about our life is ever changing. My thoughts are, the key to improving our life is, simply, awareness.

If you are aware of your thoughts and question the ones that don’t serve you, your subconscious will naturally shift into a love based state and out of a fear based state.

Next time you are in a fear based state (I am stupid, I could never do that, I’m not smart enough, I’m not pretty enough, I’m not thin enough etc), ask yourself “how is this thought serving me?” “is this thought operating from fear or love?”

When you start questioning your negative thoughts (fear based thoughts), you create awareness. It is from awareness that we begin to shift into a love based state and thus, improving our lives.
