How to Use This Distant Reiki Session ⬇⬇⬇

Set your intention for the session (clear negative energy, bring a sense of calm, release anxiety, bring clarity, release pain, cleanse environment of toxic energy etc) and simply say to yourself “I am open to receive this Reiki healing session”. There is no right or wrong way. You can simply sit, watch and receive. You can meditate with it. Let it play while you are doing other things. Play it to clear your space of low vibrational/toxic energy. Play while in bed to relax and promote a deeper, restful sleep.
